Bisexual, Tired of Being a Spectacle

I'm 23 and I'm bi and I'm tired of being treated like a curiosity. I work at a nonprofit doing youth work and I came out at nineteen and I've been navigating dating as a queer person in the South ever since. I want someone who sees me as a whole person, not a phase or a experiment or a threesome opportunity. The queer spaces in this city, the ones that are actually safe and not just tolerated — those matter to me. I'm looking for someone open-minded and open-hearted, someone who doesn't make assumptions. I'm young but I know who I am. Respect that or move on.
