Restaurant Life Means I Eat Late, Love Later

I'm 33, I manage a restaurant in Inman Park, and my life operates on restaurant time, which means my weekend is Tuesday and Wednesday and my dinner is at midnight. I've accepted it. What I haven't accepted is being single forever because my schedule is weird. I want a man who's flexible, who thinks a 10pm weeknight dinner is romantic rather than sad. The food scene in this city is incredible and I want someone to explore it with me on my days off — the holes in the wall, the places only industry people know about. I'm intense about hospitality and I bring that same intensity to people I care about.
