Ready to meet someone and open to suggestions

Really though, i go to the forest to walk and I listen to audiobooks while I hike. Between you and me, i want someone who'll go to the dog park with me and not complain about the weather. Between you and me, i'm the friend who always knows the best local spots because I research neighborhoods like it's my job. What I want is someone to get coffee with around Sioux Falls and see where it goes. I'm free early mornings and I'd love to check out that new spot somewhere in Tucson.
